At Lights4fun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination; if you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the lights in their original boxes, ensuring all cables and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
